E-Mandate for recurring payments using debit & credit cards

All those whose hdfc cards were used successfully for recurring payments on YouTube, Pl let me know if its debit or credit card. Also is it Visa or Master card.

My Hdfc master card credit card is still not accepted even today.

HDFC account was refunded. And managed to renew with Pay Balance. But had to cancel the subscription and start again.

Had no issues for youtube with kotak, payment went through and renewed hassle free, they send a message 2 days before the transaction is scheduled to happen. There is also a onetime charge of 3 INR for first mandate(from Google side), but that gets refunded within 3-4 days.
