hi bhaskar,i cant get ES2 to work ....Its is not hanging now but I am not sure of the SAM settings that I have put in....I tried the followingSAM IP: 202.144.65.70SAM PORT: 8090SAM REQUEST PATH: / With This it Gives an error that unable to connect to sify server.....AlsoSAM IP:210.210.4.73PORT: 81with this it gives an error Socket error....i have tried port 6776 and even 0 but it does not work.....However ES1 works fine and flawlesslyI have pasted my bband.ini file below please tell me to enter correct settings[Urls]RemoteUpgrade=http://210.210.4.73:81/bbandnew/chkremupgrade.php3Connectivity=http://myaccount.way2talk.com/voip/remote.php3Loggingurl=http://chn.sifybroadband.com/test/uploadlogfile.php3[SAM]IP=210.210.4.73[HBS]ServerIP=210.210.4.73Port=6776Frequency=5Flag=N[Version]SoftwareVersion=2.1[SSG IP]Bangalore SSG=[Mail]MailPage=http://mail.sify.com/getmails.php3[DNS]NameServer=202.144.66.6Please help me out
 
gaurav go to choose then messages adn dump output to a file then post it here or on the bug tracker. whatevr the way u like.adn btw bhaskar i wasnt able to login . ES just gave me an error that connection failed to sify and thats it no more.:( anyway again thnx for such a gr8 client that u hav given us adn i admire u for the effort u hav put into it :)
 
Thanks vires,I would like to request all users getting "connection failed to sify" to immediately run the Sify Trouble shooter to check if the network is actually up or not.Any red status in the trouble shooter means there is something wrong and that is possibly the reason why ES2 is unable to connect.
 
Make sure you allow access to ES2 in your firewall if ES1 works and ES2 does not. I mean actually look for the place where it says it has allowed access, in the firewall.
