Ethernet not working on Reliance Jio Fiber

I got my fiber installed today. Most of the sites are open on mobile but most of them are blocked on pc.
Even steam, uplay, speedtest by okla are blocked. I tried installing opera for their VPN even their site is blocked. Please help

Okay so the problem was with my PC. Did a network reset and now its opening. But now ethernet is not working smh, it shows IPv4 connected but IPv6 no internet access. But theres no connectivity altogether on the ethernet

There was some problem with my PC due to which many websites were blocked like steam uplay so i did a network reset on my PC. But after that ethernet is not working, only wifi is working. The ethernet shows it is connected but there’s no internet. Also on the ethernet settings IPv4 says Internet and IPv6 says no internet access. But the wifi is both IPv4-6 enabled
Any help?

A factory reset of the router tends to solve problems like these.

Actually this issue is on my another router which I am using with jio one. On another router, I get ipv6 on wifi but not on lan. I tried connecting my pc to jio box directly then it shows ipv6 but not on repeater one.
Btw dude check adapter settings of your pc and inside it tick on ipv6.

yeah ethernet is working but I am kinda pissed that there's nothing I can do except connect my pc lan to directly jio router than my own router. What's the downside of not having ipv6?

@Xecuter my ethernet is working now. Try reseting the router, in my case it worked.
I dont have much knowledge about these terms.
Also i was thinking of buying a router to extend my range, how did you connect your router to the jio ont?

is your ipv6 working? mine works if I connect directly to ont.
I am simply using the lan cable they gave for jio tv.
