Did you still not call your local people (LCO/vendor/whatever) yet? Don't tell them speedtest is OK, tell them internet is slow everywhere. Not much use posting here.
they dont see screenshots or any other proof that you attach pertaining to your problem.
this is how their cc work -
you create a ticket > call up cc and tell them that you have created a ticket > cc rep will check the problem via anydesk > then he will forward this to their xyz team that handles that particular issue > this team will again check your problem via anydesk > after they confirm it, they then will forward this to the repair guy at your lco > he may or may not check it via any desk but will try to fix it.
Edit - when they check via anydesk, they will ask you to directly insert the ethernet wire coming into your house to the lan port.
otherwise they try to pin issue on your router saying that your router is faulty or you need a gigabit router and other bullshit excuses.
all of this takes more than 2 days.
so if you want a quick solution, directly call the repair guy at your lco.
"Line Guy/Technician is not coming for 2-3 days". This is what he said to me when he came.
The new guy who came with him (I've never seen his face before).
He said to me that "It was because of the water entered the box".
After doing few minutes of shit over the pole, it become normal for me.
Pole box had a lot of dust and the switch they use is Binatone (Cheap). I think Fiber will be the best route for me in future once Excitel Fiber is launched.
