Excitel Broadband: Slow Internet Speeds to Many Servers and Locations

Excitel ---> MNR Broadband

Excitel ---> Excitel

Excitel ---> Jio Mumbai (Not Navi Mumbai).

There is no point of this thread on this forum if the users of the same ISP can't come forward and share results.
 
@ajgamer hey i just ran speed test on all these servers u have mentioned and they were just fine except i was getting 90ms of jitter on mnr broadband so i could something at your local area.

Could you tracert 103.44.18.11

Yes, I am feeling now that something is wrong at my end only. I'm noticing unique thing so far.

There is a very high ping hop whenever I tracert.
 
I don't understand tracert or ping hops but I have shared whatever I can manage, can you conclude something from my reports
 
@GUNNYJEE You should tracert on Windows / Linux / MacOS for the better results and more information. I can help you with that.

But the problem is, a lot of informative data is missing from your tracert results at this point.

NOTICE: Speeds are back to normal to me as soon as it surpassed 12 AM.

There is seriously something wrong with my conneciton / LCO / Setup of Excitel.
