Excitel Broadband User Experience in Gurgaon

no invertor? how long does the UPS keep the routers up?
Do you reboot routers too?
If not, could you please share how many sessions you had on excitel for this month? Since we are at the middle of the month, it should give me a rough idea.

nah fiber's fine until RX Signal goes down beyond -27dBm.

I mean you should check once, will be beneficial for you. You can ask your LCO to increase the signal strength by removing unused splitters.

Receiving light power:	-23.7dBm

This is mine. Lol. Their OLT fluctuates a lot. I mean, it shows -22dBm sometimes, then goes down to -25dBm. Sometimes even -31dBm.
I just hate disconnections from Internet. Airtel kicks in right away, I dont even feel the disconnection but still, continuous connectivity is something I crave for.

every co has started to save on its wiring costs ,Airtel in my area splices the wire in between if it breaks, Jio doesn't do above 80 m wiring now.
get your wire changed that will solve all problems I guess.
Mine Airtel if it crosses 26 I start to call him nonstop.
