Excitel Broadband User Experience in Gurgaon

I had kept my wifi router , load balancer, airtel and jio ont, cctv cameras with dvr, tv unit on inverter backup and wattage used by all of these is 80 watt.

So inverter backup lasts 10 hours which also include 3 fans + 3 led lights + tv running all the time.
 
Jio fiber malfunctioned when optical fiber power reached -25 dBm :D

there was wire cut and these losers fixed the wire by adding manual connector instead of splicing. So power went from -21 to -25 and they were saying till -27 its fine but router started to randomly reboot. Had to change entire wire to make it work again.
 
@Rickysin it depends completely on the technicians of a particular area. And their supervisors.
In my area, Govt electricians ripped off all the jio fiber cables, fatboxes from the poles, and jio deployed whole new fiber cable throughout the area.

While Excitel guy is so dumb, he managed to get fiber from Den Broadband and spliced it 4 times and left the main fiber coming out of OLT on the terrace of some unknown house. Now the funny part is he did some agreement with Den Broadband's LCO and 2 cores are for Den in the same fiber, 2 for Cable TV and rest are for Excitel. So basically its all running on jugaad. He didnt bother to close the JC Box properly.

I have seen Excitel LCOs performing pretty well in other parts of the city but it all depends on how greedy and dumb the LCO is.
 
Fine here. 6-7 times disconnected today, maybe theyre just testing something out.
 
This used to happen to me (even with 400 Mbps plan)... From November till December 15 between 7 PM to 11 PM YouTube would always buffer. Even at 144p. Speedtest results and everything was fine just YouTube would freeze. I complained few times but due to unavailability of laptop I couldn't give them remote access. Suddenly from last week the problem disappeared and everything is good now. Yesterday I felt some buffering but reboot fixed it. Seems like their network has started to clog up in the evenings now.
 
Can't login today for some reason. I wonder if they have disabled dumb onus for some reason.

lco had no idea at 6 that network was down for at least 5 hours. all three lights on the router were green. i even tried connecting directly through windows and that didn't work. hopefully this would get resolved through the night from backend. getting their people to deal with these issues at home is always weird.
