Forgot to update. So, I called up the LCO number I had. Informed him. Also filed a ticket on My Excitel. Got a call from Excitel that they have informed the LCO. LCO guy also called up and told me that he would visit me by 3pm. He arrived at around 3PM. Took a few minutes to find the cable from my place. Took around 20 minutes to get the connection up and running. Has been running fine so far. My house seems to be the last house on the wiring I am on so no one else had complained coz likely only my connection was affected by the damage.
Experiencing the same in Delhi too. IDK what's wrong with Excitel, the entire October it fluctuated, and even now. It's not about LOS, it's about latency, DNS handling, and PON/INT light fluctuating.
Aren't you guys aware about excitel entire business is likely finished? Didn't you people get messages notifying tie up with other providers different ones for different areas?
