Excitel Fiber Broadband Experience in Delhi NCR

Yes, in my tickets too this guy changes the status or assigns a different team to the ticket. What's the new ETR & for how much time the internet has been down?

🤦‍♂️ "Technical issue" in the Local-network, Strange but I can't Subscribe for Updates on that Global Ticket.

Now speeds are going upto 400+Mbps then came down to as per plan, in my case 105-110Mbps.
Most probably they're upgrading their OLTs for 400Mbps Plan.

Yeah. From the beginning (2019) my initial download + upload speeds go up to 850+ on LAN at peak. Then return back to plan speed (still 120%+ higher than plan speeds). I hope they bring 500 Mbps connection too once they see good response from 400 Mbps. This will greatly improve their ARPU.

From last 3 years I've never seen anything like this. So this is happening since I think last 2-3 days or probably more i haven't noticed... It's always used to be first my favourite Excitel Jaipur server then new Delhi one then other providers in Jaipur. Doesn't matter my device location was on or off. Now my favourite server is still at the top (as it should be) but second server is excitel Mumbai & third one is Excitel Hyderabad. And more strangely all other Mumbai servers after that. Although ping or anything else hasn't changed I wonder why this is happening? How does speedtest ranks the servers? Closeness (When location is turned on) and what about when the location is turned off? Is it based on routing or what? I don't know but since they've launched 400 Mbps many users are having some sort of issues (even though it's not an issue for me but it's strange). I remember 1 year ago when I asked my LCO is your network is capable of 500 Mbps? He said "sir ham 1Gbps ke liye capable hai bas company plans launch kar de hamare systems future ready hai". I've never faced any downtime from excitel except local fiber cut. (Why I'm so offtopic 😂) Anyways but is this thing is based on routing? Nothing has changed in terms of latency or anything. But only speedtest list of servers & distance has changed.
