I dont even use excitel. Happening both on jio and airtel.

Are all major ISP's directly routing traffic to Mumbai now for better peering or international latency/bandwidth?

Lolita can't check as he's already in Mumbai. What about you Life_Warrior? Are you seeing the same thing?

Because till now whoever did the speedtest was always connected to excitel server in his city else Excitel new Delhi server. This is very strange.

Yep, on speed test Windows app it automatically selects Mumbai servers instead of near ones.
