What's the escalation time? Probably 4 hours.
Do they even fix stuff after 7 PM?
Update us whenever the internet comes back. I wish I would ever see that message... Since 2019 (after getting excitel) I've never seen that message personally. Except fiber cuts...
 
Was thinking if PON is not glowing then why LOS is not glowing! If router is not connected with PON, LOS should glow.
Maintenance work can do this?

I don't know if that makes sense but you're receiving optical power without any signal. That's why you're not getting any loss but neither PON status as there is no signal but there is infrared light... I don't know what exactly is there but if that makes sense...
