Facing speed loss and high pings on 2.4GHz band getting only 5-6Mbps download and 20-25Mbps upload on my phone earlier used to get 40-50Mbps on the same device.
Anything I could try to fix this?

Supprisingly when I turn on Aeroplane mode, speeds get normal 40-50Mbps. What could be the cause of this issue?

Best to check speeds on a wired connection on a computer.

Done that and finally got the culprit my smartphone, on Aeroplane mode gives normal speed as soon as I turns it off speed goes down.
No issues from Excitel side.

Samsung Galaxy M01, a week ago everything was fine.

it also did suddenly get very hot in ncr. a lot of people are going to notice their phones throttling now. if you want to do a speedtest on the phone. try to do it when it's not warm on a fresh boot.
