Excitel Reeltime plans have disappeared from their website

I'm considering jumping to Excitel Fiber from Powernet next month because my LCO is overcharging me and is a complete dick.

I'm likely getting 9 Month 300Mbps Excitel considering how cheap it is. Installation charge is free on multi month plans but Router/ONT is 2k unfortunately.

Excitel has a bit of a mixed reputation here. I will try it out and see how good/bad it is. I have tried ethernet years ago and it was utter trash. Will prolly post a review in two weeks.
 
how is your locality excitel , i was new to this but seriously i am fed up now today almost whole day it went down, i don'nt whether the lco is doing intensionly as i am having ethernet one or something else, internet is a need in these times and they are doing such business

I haven't used Excitel since 2017-18 and back then my LCO was absolute garabge at maintaining network, if net goes does it will be down for a day. Also, everytime it rained it went out. Ethernet was absolutely terrible. Fiber will (even though I haven't tried Excitel Fiber yet) likely be far better than Excitel.

But.. I always recommend having a backup ISP. No matter how reliable an ISP is, downtimes can occur, especially when wires are strung across street with zero care which is the case in my neighborhood.
