i had changed my BB plan to 750 unltd from home 500 i was expecting a bill of about 2750/- or somewhere near to it but i was shocked to see a bill of 4600/- i was sure of this blunder from bsnl side i went to the bsnl office there i came to know that this buggers have all records with mistakes which lead to such faulty bills ,,,,,after tallying i came to know that i was charged 1000/- more under name of some bullshit arrears which was just a chance taken by bsnl to extract money and also they charged a diposite of 1250/ which should be 750/- for 750ul plan more over they had charged a advance rent of december in bill of september and for u all pls be sure to get back diposite of the previous plan in case of plan change which in my case is 500/- for which i shall have to wait for next bill . i request u all to keep the bills in records because due to this i was able to clarify my problem thanks good luck
