i set 20 favorite channels when i bought. but Tata Sky removed some channels. i tried to put another channels in favorite list. but it doesn't allow me.
So i removed all favorites and set once again but it allows 16 channels,(900,1,2,3,4,7,8,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,18,19). the remaing missed why....
Dont worry kiranin. 2 months back i faced the same problem and the problem was rectified in 2 mins when i spoke to tatasky technical guy. I literally forgot how to rectify the problem.
The steps to rectify your problem:
(1) while your watching tatasky remove the adaptor from the switch board and place it again while tatasky digcomp and tv is on.
(2) when you plug on the adaptor to the switch immidetly you need to press 4 buttons on tatasky digicomp (i forgot which 4 buttons to be pressed at a time)
(3) then your digcompl gets reset. you can now add your fav. channels up to 20.
Please call tatasky help line numbers and talk to the technical guy to have a clear idea what to do and it will be rectified in 1 min time. Its not at all an issue:thumbsup:.

Kiranin, if you come to know from customer care, which 4 buttons you need to press to reset the digicomp, can you please post it here? It will help the larger fraternity and calls to CC can be reduced. In fact, why can't Tata Sky maintain the Technical FAQ section on their website to answer common problems?
