yeah that's the thing i was talking about lol. i haven't seen it reported on chrome bug tracker but then finding issues there itself is pretty hard. hopefully someone notices it in chrome dev team and fixes it.

Weird one, happens only if opened via email links. Everything is fine if I go via notifications.

Chrome used to show tap when you clicked on a link in address bar drop-down. That's gone as well. Very annoying.

Am confused, you mean the options to share, copy or edit a link on the address bar?

Right. No tap action visible when you click on those buttons.

I don't remember if there was any animation but at least the buttons are still there and working.

not an animation. just a visual indicator that you have copied the link for instance. the page load problem started along with this behavior. anyways what can i do. i tried switching to firefox on android and it is so so bad even today.

For copying there is a toast message which appears close to the bottom left. I have firefox nightly and edge but those are for specific purposes. Chrome is still the main browser.

Tap is back in chrome toolbar when you press the copy link button for instance.

At Terms and rules , the link to Disclaimer - Privacy Policy - Rules - Regulations is still pointed towards the old domain.

Also, the link for closure points to the old domain.
