Flipkart cheating its customers in the name of Flipkart First

Without prior intimation is fine but how can they not mention new terms and conditions via mail, on site etc after the condition has been revised?

They were giving me shit that mi3 is on high demand. I told them that product was shipped out the same day so that cannot be said. Moreover moto E which is not on high demand is also not available of in a day delivery like many other products.

Right. There are some products on which they don't provide the in a day thing irrespective of flipkart first.

I am yet to come across a product that shows in a day when not logged in and the same disappears after logging in. That would've been cheating.

Another thing I've noticed is that, for some stuff it shows 'in a day' on a particular day but the same disappears the next day or within a couple of days. I guess that has more to do with stock availability.

Some products cannot be delivered using these options due to logistical reasons.

I think this is a clear enough statement. Unless they are offering same day delivery with payment to non First members and not to First members, I do not see how it is cheating.

Flipkart first product page specifies it's only seller and pincode dependent.
