I still cannot get links to open in the app. Flipkart is supposed to open links in app that have /dl/ in them.
 
Everytime I open Flipkart Android app, I see message "Update to experience new Flipkart" with options Later or Download Update.
When Download selected, some Playstore screen opens saying Update in progress. Then again Flipkart app opens.
Anybody seen same behavior?
 
This happens when app is sort of put in sleep mode by the phone. My samsung does it as well so apps are not updated in weeks through the play store.

This might be the case, but I am opening Flipkart app daily these days to check offers, and everytime I open, I see that message.
But if I check in Play Store, there no update is available for Flipkart app.
 
I guess try reinstalling. Apkpure would have been nice to check if there is an update that's not visible on play store on your account 🤷

Today as well when I opened app, I found same message. I updated, closed app and reopened. And message was still there :D
So I uninstalled and again installed app from Play Store.

I was surprised to see UI was completely different from earlier. Now it had Store and Grocery options which was not present earlier, and many other differences. Then I realised earlier Flipkart app came pre-installed with my S20+ (which did not even allowed to uninstall for first year till pending 30% amount was paid as part of Samsung Upgrade Program).
