I dont know whats the exact complain of thread starter here, but i agree to the topic...they are just bunch of fools...same case happened to me...
i'm in Unlimited 1350 plan..i asked them to upgrade speed upto 2mbps for 15gb as per their new plans..they told they haven't recieved any message/circular of this upgradation...so i asked them to see BSNL website (its given in flash news corner) and also tarrif plans has been changed..but still they are not accepting..What can i do with these ppl...
I too had the same problem here in Bangalore. I was just calling numbers and talking to people who did not know what I was talking about. The Area Manager who is higher than a DGM but a notch lower than the PGM argued with me that I have the UL1350+ plan and not the UL1350 combo plan and hence I am not entitled to this upgrade. The guys in my exchange too did not understand but were most bothered about line noise and other things. They changed my wire several times and the ports from what they told me.
Do what I did. I got so frustrated that I called the CMD of BSNL. A peon (or operator) answered the call and he too did not understand what I was talking about. He put me on to the CMD's sectary. When I explained my problem to the guy told me that he would set things right. This was at 5pm in the evening. By 6 pm everything was settled. The telephone number I called is 23372424 and add the Delhi code to it. I think it is 011
Calling the CMD worked well for me so give it a shot. The only problem is be prepared for a barrage of phone calls from GM's, DGM's, AGM's, DM's and what not to know what you problem is and after everything is okay you will get calls from a 100 odd people wanting to know if everything is okay

If you are a NIB I subscriber, it will take sometime for them to update your speed profile.
All of the NIB I subscribers that I know for plans 750 and 1350 got their speeds changed on the 1st itself except for me
