Well the best way would be to call CC on 1504, but depending on the router you have I might be able to show you how to get the U/P much faster....

First thing is write the UID , PWD in the empty box of Router,
It's better not to create a Icon for manual connection. let it be auto login and connection in your router itself. I know this much ,experts will give more solutions.
