Absolutely same problem I'm facing frequently disconnecting , this is so frustrating in important calls. In 30mins min 10 disconnect.. pls let me know if any solution as we cannot even terminate as money has already gone
Do the following!
Perform speedtests and check if your download is totally normal but your upload is being shitty.
If this is the case then congrats, the issue entirely from Jio's end and there nothing we can do about it.
I would recommend if possible get a connection from a local ISP and some provider that works properly.
I have subscribed to jio airfiber on 2023 october abd i a facing regular disconnection issues, plus their voice call service hasnt started yet and i have paid 12 months in advance! Their policies suck and they dont have refund policy, neither they extend the service as a compensation after the subscription expires! they have poor after sales service also they aint bothered aboyt consumer forum complaints, they close them without a resolution. They are theives who have launched a faulty product abd havr maliciously taken 12 months fees in advance. I might raise complains in every social platform!
So the memory usage of the AirFibre Router goes to 96% somehow and it's starts dropping packets and disconnects. So You will need to restart the router.
The jio air Fibre is really very bad, this is third day without internet, in 1 month I have raised 8 service requests but still it's not resolved. Support and network both are really poor, waste of money, didn't expect this from jio
