frequent disconnection.. plz help

I've 500 home plan and during 2-8 when i start downloading using utorrent my connection disconnects after 20-30 mins of download .. modem lights indicate connection is stable 'n ON but even then web sites do not open.. I've to switch off modem n start again.. this continues.. this is frustrating..:wall: as i've to keep checking connection/restart modem.. please help me out on this issue[problem started from last week,before that everything was perfect -stable connection and used to get download speed betn 200-250 kbps but now im getting 60-150 kbps download speed]modem: ZTE (ZXDSL 831AII)OS:Windows XP pro SP3thanks,Ravi

[problem started from last week,before that everything was perfect
Did the problem start after you Upd with SP3 ?
change to openDNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222 222 and try.
( in computer Network/Lan?properties/TCP/IP properties . enter above DNS )
