frds.. i have facing the frequent disconnection problem almost for a year.. i have made so many complaints .. but nothing made it better.. atlast today.. myself changed the splitter.. and i think its now working.. for about 1 hour its not getting disconnected.. so luckily i rectified the problem..but . my SNR for u/s & SNR for d/S is 29 & 11 respectively & attenuation for u/s & d/s is 31 & 21.. in this forum someone told that SNR should be around 30 & attenuation should be below 10.. so can anyone tell me how to rectify those things.. and i bought this smartax MT 882 modem before 5 years. does purchse of new modem will rectify this problem?
