Hmm, I'm not aware of BSNL configuration in bridge mode but I think you'll have to provide VLAN ID. Can you share PPPoE logs?

Go to System Tools>System Logs and send it on here, make sure to edit out any public ip addresses or details like that

Request for a change of router . You pay the Router rental dude . Raise a complaint ticket in the BSNL portal and visit the office if you can
They should change your router. You need to stay determined . U know these ppl are very rigid. Pestering them is only solution
 
@1nductance . Your configuration is wrong in the TP-Link router. This maybe the reason your internet goes off
Change it like this

In the Menu of | Connection Mode -
1.Always On
2.Connect on Demand
3.Connect Manually

Set it to Always ON .
Now Restart both your routers/ONT

It may fix your problem
