Getting low upload speeds on desktop but not on smartphone

Yup, I tried resetting my router, and I didn't asked my isp about new firmware

Also I have started resetting process, because I have already formatted my pc 1-2 months ago so there is not much of a important data

Ya I understand, not everyone on this forum is into Computer technology. So you might find live linux complicated, but for me that's a first check to rule out OS or HW issue.
Another complicated procedure for Windows is to create a complete image of system drive and when something goes wrong with Windows that's beyond repair, just restore from the image. That's much faster than full reinstallation of Windows. It requires tools like Acronis or Macrium reflect.

I once tried live Linux, but I feel like reinstalling windows was much easier option, also I will try creating image file of system drive this time, if it looks easy to me
