They haven't mentioned the FUP limits for the unlimited plans in that page I posted.

Never Ever go for Beam Fiber. I am struggling with Beam for two months and planning to switch to BSNL. Beam has more downtime than uptime. It is down when ever connection is urgently required. Service Center responds that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours but takes one or two week to restore the connection.

^ I've had downtimes but they're usually solved within 1-2 hrs. But last 1-2 months i've had 99% uptime. And plans are simply the best. i say go for beam.

Haven't had Beam downtime for about 1.5 months *touch wood*. Their service(at least in my locality,seems to differ from area to area) is top notch. Plus if you are youtube junkie like me there is no buffering(Google have a local cache server) even for 720p HD videos

Well i'll say beam CC improved a lot. Had a downtime 2 days back. Called CC and it was rectified within half an hour. But noticed that speed was slow and pings very high(~550ms). So posted speedtest result on their facebook page. It was rectified in `~2 hrs (can't say exactly .. i was away from system) and even got a call asking if speeds were back up. Definitely customercare is improved.

Man you are lucky that you are in Hyderabad ... Of course Beam fibre closing your eyes man .

^ yea .. am lucky. There are other ISPs also offering high speeds with reasonable FUPs (ACT,Spectranet,fivenet etc) Also beam increased prices some 3~4 months back ..they've increased just 20rs on my plan. Bmax 1020 plan (10mbps till 30GB-2mbps unlimitedafterthat) where as ****ing airtel increased 50rs!

I am in Malakpet Hyderabad from last Monday my connection is down. Daily making calls to service team. No responses or call backs. One of my friend in the building already switched to Tikona. I am planning to switch to BSNL. Everything were smooth till last month. From last month the service has been terrible. Once something goes wrong the response from Service team is horrible. Will not recommend Beam to anybody. In office I am having BSNL with zero downtime. All my friends are switching from Beam and we are not encouraging anybody to take Beam connection.
