Balance throush SMS doesn't work. I sent the sms to know about the balance..and it returns the error that I have entered a wrong recharge pin Recharge through credit card doesn't work. Go to the URL and insert the subscriber ID and it gives a javascript error. I dont know who are those people managing BigTV website. They don't even check if things are OK or not. So, shameful for Reliance. After using Reliance BigTV for 3 months and expecting that things will improve. I have to say they are the worst people in the market. And Anil Ambani can't manage his businesses. I must say Sunil Mittal is a far better entrepreneur. Because he himself has put in his efforts to grow Bharti. But Anil and Mukesh are just fools enjoying the money created by their father.

What ever potions they give I'm not planning to recharge BIG TV, when the validity ends I will move back to my reliable Tata Sky (they are really professional). Please see the youtube video and experience yourself what all disturbance pops up in less than 10minutes – Big Tv is real irritation.
