I dont think poor can afford broadband costing 1200 and one who can afford broadband costing 1200 have any effect by paying 31rs more.
 
what exactly is this person getting or going to get in return for paying 31 rupees more? i do not think people would have any issues paying taxes if they were getting good returns for the tax from the government. we all still have to pay for all the basic necessities. need water? install a RO. need power? install an inverter. need clear air? install an air purifier. indians are paying close to 50% taxes including direct and indirect taxes. the rate of return is terrible. so much money was collected in name of krishi kalyan cess and education cess. what has it done to improve the state of farmers and government schools in the country?
