It is still 24 returns for people above 1.5 crores turnover and 16 returns for less than 1.5 crores.....
There returns have already started:
12 GSTR3B returns
4 GSTR1 returns
These returns are official on paper - deferred but NOT discontinued officially.
1 Annual return (GSTR 9) - due date not yet arrived
4 GSTR2 returns (postponed for now)
4 GSTR3 returns (postponed for now)
So 16 returns compulsory
9 returns OFFICIAL but currently not required to be filed.
25 returns in total for < 1.5 crores.
