From what i have read, this update contains security fixes. 4.3 so far has been a breeze. Wouldn't mind if this is the last update for gnex. Prolly 5.0 will require 2 gb ram

From what I read the update was a fix for the multi touch issues with the Nexus 7 android 4.3 build. The patch was also released for the other nexus devices. Currently there are two different builds of 4.3 out there.

Two different builds are of aosp and factory image. Factory images for all devices have the same build id if I'm not mistaken.

No.. Currently the build for the Nexus 7 has a different build number than the one for other Nexus devices.

Installed one of the stable 4.3 ports for my phone. Since my ROM is an amalgam of too many things, difficult to exactly point out the differences. The dialer is improved for sure.
