:Nexus 7 update is likely to come preloaded with 4.3.Google is expected to announce 4.3 for Nexus 4 and hopefully Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 as well at launch (July 24th).Galaxy Nexus might get it eventually. I hope so at least.

Yup. as it's a minor update it should get it.
no signs of nexus 5 in making too.
