That's fine. Speed difference of Nexus 7(official google ROM) is negligible. I am also waiting for CM11 official nightly builds.

OK as my krt16o manual update had the wrong baseband, I flashed 4.3 back in there and as it logged in to my account after that got the 4.4 OTA. And received the N5 at the same time. The N5 is still on krt16m though

Google rolls out OTA updates in a phased manner. Can take as long as a week or two.

And avoid doing the resetting framework trick. It is unlikely to work now.
