Sharing a Collection

To introduce your Collections or simply spread the word about your favorites ones, you can share a Collection to the public, your circles, or your extended circles.
You can find this handy Share arrow on the lower right corner of a Collection's cover photo.
When you share a Collection, you can add caption to present the Collection. This post includes its name and its cover along with a Follow button.

Why would you share a Collection?
1) Share your passion with others.
2) Spread your creativity.
3) Gain more exposure.

I guess I should have started a thread a while ago. Anyways... Here is the latest development.

They are shutting down an active Google+ Community. Deleting it in fact! And asking users to switch to Google Groups. Not interested at all. I have already stopped participating in the Google+ Help community because of the idiotic behavior of Google towards this platform... Not wasting any more time on providing support for a platform that even Google does not give a shit about.

We are very excited to announce a new search function for Collections! This feature will be rolling out to users this week (note: not all users will see the feature right away).

How it works: search for a word like “Coffee” in the top search bar, and select the “Collections” category in the search results to see all the Collections that contain that word in the name or tagline.
This will be available on desktop and, if you have the latest G+ app, on Android too!

Many thanks to engineers Nishant Joshi and Peter Zheng for their hard work in getting this feature ready!

Now, who can find the most interesting Collection using the search tool?

Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
