Two new updates to Google Plus: Static Header, Notification Animations

The first one is pretty useful. The top section of Google Plus is now static. It does not disappear from the view as your scroll down the page. The left column however is not static.

That means the Black bar at the top shud be static right? Not getting that now. Hope to see that by next login.

the entire top section is static now including the buttons to access stream/games/profile/circles.

you just need to refresh. and it might not be activated for you if you are using a small display or a small window size.
