well it seems Lelyved is saying he took the letters and text from the national Indian archives....hmm....but I am guessing not many ppl know about or read those archives obviously so he just picked up things which he knew will cause unrest here and which also allowed him to have a free publicity for his book too !!

Fareed Zakaria promoted the book yesterday on his GPS show saying it was a good book that explains how an ordinary individual turned into the mahatma. Why aren't we talking about that instead of all this rubbish.

Govts should not be in the business of banning books, they should be concerned about how the country is being run. ppl that ask for bans do not understand and are enemies of freedom of expression !

What's there to feel ashamed even if the authors claims are true?Our country is proud of him because of what Good he did to our nation, no one is perfect and even if he did whatever is claimed, it doesn't mean he won't be respected in future.It's his personal life, the thing is what this author is trying to do bringing this things out?
