Has BSNL revised post-FUP speed?

Ppl POST-FUP(tho counters resseted) my speeds are 100 mbps up/down, even to non- fast.com servers right now but ping to singapore has reached 215 ms whic is sad (earlier is was <190ms)

On local servers upload is reaching 200 mbps :O

And here I am always facing downtime on BSNL fiber

NO need to get jealous: I foudn the catch

I tested my speed with different server both local and foreign and found either speed-test is lyign or bsnl is playing a game with me

Now that torrents speed bulged to <100 KB/sec I am not getting speed as in proper sense

My speed of 100 Mbps is listed for speed-test or fast.com server only, everything else is 100 KB/sec

(latency to act, hyderbad was 333 ms

Did multiple test first: 1 Dl 100 UL --> 90 UL 2.xx DL --> 2 DL 50+ UL(for a while for many test)--> 1 DL 11.59UL ;-;

UL are mostly 30+ mbps, I don't know what is happening behind the scenes

I think there is some problem with LCO instrument,
Cuz last week he told there was shut down due to extreme heat during noon time. We were also having long time of downtime in electricity maybe his inverters couldn't keep up with it. Anyway let me enquire.

The connection of internet was down when I check the router login page but all this time during disconnection the Landline seemed fine without any problems.
And there wasnt any fibre cut.
