i an planning to buy a hybrid hdd. but the timing is bad. 
I recently bought the 750gb (with 8gb ssd) "SSHD" for my laptop from B&H. It was selling for ~13k including shipping. You can also find it in ebay.in but for around 18K.
I don't know the pre-flood price to know if this price will come down soon though. You can buy the older 500GB version (with 4GB SSD) for a lot cheaper though.
