Hello Folks!
I am on the HOME ULF 1350 plan and had been using DataOne quite happily since 2007.
However, ever since my account was migrated to NIB-II following the bandwidth upgrade from 512 kbps to 2 mbps, I am getting frequent disconnections and a very high latency rate.
My SNR and Attenuation values are quite good
SNR - 40+
Attn - 15
..and I am using a Starcom UT300R2u modem..
I have written to both the DGM and GM of BSNL Broadband in Kolkata but to no avail.
Just wanted to know whether is it just me or other users are experiencing the same as well.
It is so damn irritating! :wall:
