Hey Even I am from Pune but still facing issues. Can you please tell me the latency for this IP - 116.202.99.88
This is Hetzner Germany, and I am seeing ~300 ms latency.

On Hathway I see latency of 145-46 on the abovementioned German server. Kolkata area.

Getting this from Kolkata, Alliance broadband. Luckily I don't play any online games. Otherwise, I see how it'd be impossible to play on western servers now. Even doing simple things like opening websites with western IP is showing slowness. God knows when this damn undersea cable is going to get fixed. I don't even have Airtel or Jio fiber in my area.

@eltench Even I don't play online games. I am using Hetzner box for daily PC backups. Other EU locations also seem to be affected.
Yes undersea cable work going on that connects India to EU for months now. I'm using cloudflare warp to bypass the bad routing. With warp I get 150 ping to most EU places for important stuff I just use aws mumbai to connect.

ISPs using tata's upstream is still affected, ACT, Alliance etc. uses tata's upstream and hence ping to Europe is still not fixed. Airtel was also affected but don't know their current status, saw recently a few Airtel users have their ping back to normal. Undersea fiber work is still going on

Issue seems to be resolved now even for Tata upstream?

I have microscan and pdpl (pune digitalization) local ISP connections and both now getting good (decent) speeds downloading from the good EU mirrors GARR.it (italy) and DOTSRC.org (denmark) at the moment.

What are you other folks seeing now?
