High pings on Airtel Xstream Broadband?

@karanjain06 City is Jaipur and plan is 200 Mbps unlimited.
But this speedtest is not showing real condition. Yesterday night on same server I was getting only 10 Mbps. Overall, the international speedtests/pings are just not upto the mark.

I contacted someone from technical team in Delhi regarding the issue. He says he is aware of the issue but not sure how long it will take to fix. No defined timeline.
