I can't have a stable connection at this point, my Syrotech EPON ONT somehow turned in GPON
I do not know how, but suddenly there was no internet, I tried to log in, password was set to default
I set a new password, and logged in - my PPPoE user and pass were saved as prev, and everything

I went in wan information and it's showing me a tab of GPON information,
I tried official firmware from syro but the same thing, also the PON light is gone
I contacted LCO, says it never happened before to any other customer

-inf as a TX power is never good.
You can go to network settings and force set it to EPON and see if that helps.
If device info changed, maybe you flashed incorrect firmware?

no no, it changed me without doing anything
I tried to change the firmware and all after everything happened
I don't get it, me and LCO is clueless

@guywithproblems you need telnet access to do it so.

I do not know much about Syrotech, but I do remember, you could change PON mode by going to Network > PON > PON Mode.

Or, maybe that differs from model.

Doesn't BSNL FTTH work on GPON? Mine is on GPON.

majority of the places, BSNL is running on EPON.
