“I called them they have no clue.

The engineer just changed the port on the pole but no improvement.

Sometimes it is okay speed but most of the time it is slow.. like 2 or 5 mbps.

I’m on 100mbps plan.”

Guys, ALL my BB providers are struggling now and the YBB chap's assurance that the packet drops will be fixed by this evening has fallen flat. I think this will continue till the WFH exercise is on. Ping times have increased 5-6 normal times now.

As you know all major cities in MH just went into a lockdown, with many other States either having already done so or will follow the PM's advice.

So I expect things to get worse or, at best, stay stable i.e. status quo as of today till this exercise completes. I guess we all need to be patient with our BB providers. These are extremely unusual circumstances the Internet and people all over the world are facing. If US and EU providers groaning under thisload I can't expect India to be much better. Many online streaming services including Netflix are deliberately reducing the resolution of their programming so bored locked-in-at-home people won't bring the 'net to its knees.
