How much upload speed should get for ULD 945 Combo plan?

@chromaniac Sir, can you edit heading of the question ... i am asking for ULD 945, but i posted ULD 975 sorry & please edit it.

Max. upload speed by BSNL is 96 KBps.

Ok @meetdilip could you tell upload speed 96kbps will get in BSNL ULD 945 ?
after changing into this BSNL ULD 945 plan, if i didn't get 96 kbps upload speed, then there is no use of changing plan, so please can you show me supported source for your reply?
