I applied online(Udaan) to change my BB plan. Next day someone from BSNL called me and asked whether I had requested any such thing, I confirmed it and then he said he will come at my home with a form and would require an old telephone bill and then the plan would be changed.
Whenever I have submitted via selfcare - It has taken 3-4 working days. Best part is, sometimes the request is marked as cancelled, but still the speed & plan gets changed
