How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

I cannot check my dataone account usage. Whenever I click the link it is redirected to BSNL home page(i.e., http://bsnl.co.in/). Please help.

username and portal id are two different things. username is used to login to the internet via your router and portal id is used to check your account usage. portal is 14 digit in length. i assume.

if you dont know your portal id just call 18004241600 and tell them your telephone number , they would give you your portal id.. default password for portal id is password

go to dataone.in and check usage at down it was bbservice.bsnl.inbut u must know the protalid username and password not the username and pass for login and check the usage..bsnl give me two id's one for using the internet and the other protalid to check usage thru the above site..
