It happens at times. You can close the page and try again. If it works on
BSNL - Broadband Account Management, it will work for
BSNL Portal. Both are official BSNL sites. May be the site is down for some time.
You can use an alternate bandwidth meter. To download, click the copy text from images in my signature and look for most wanted software. The values may vary a bit from BSNL. So it will be wise to check at regular intervals with BSNL portal and leave a gap of 50 MB.
