By going to BSNL - Broadband Account Management it is not showing me any records for Month of May. It shows drop down entry of un-billed MAY. Is it down for everyone?
For everyone only unbilled usage for May 2009 will be shown.

I am using 500C plan.
Try BSNL web registration and the download web client. You can check the usage without logging into the portal.
For registration, we need to use the 14 digit Portal ID which we use to check the usage. If you need to use the web client, you need to input your BSNL email ID.
So is the BSNL Email id completely different from the Internet Login ID and Portal ID.... you say.... Please in the next post can you be more descriptive here.....You previous post was very precise ND INCOMPLETE..... didnt solve my problem really...:wall:
