I remember data.bsnl.in/wps/portal used to accept the broadband userid and password. It was discontinued for me I think three years back.I think the link to check usage for you should be selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in. Not sure though.For me it's selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in.
