How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

i have a problem accessing the usage page on the dataone portal. whenever i try opening the page in Firefox, it says cookies are not enabled. But all other sites work fine and cookies are enabled in the browser.Also when i try to open the page in IE, it says there's an error on the page and does not open.This is happening since 2 weeks. Before that it was all fine.please help

Try to install Simplified Chinease Language pack in IE.Sometime it is required as portal have some chinease characters.

Hi Friends, I have a small doubt - the usage website still shows the plan as 256 Kbps, for 2007-01 month.I am using home 500 plan. Although there is a drop down - "Home 500 - download speed Upto 2 Mbps", it is not giving me the results. It shows the usage for "Speed 256 Kbps". I am getting download speeds upto 1800 Kbps now.Is there a possiblity that, the usage site is not changed to the new schemes?-Rajita

Yeah, there has been a similar problem, with one of my friend's account . A asked a BSNL officer in our complex and he said , the whole process would take some time for completion, an by then everything will be solved

Same problem with me too mate....I changed from start up 256 kbps to home 3300 plan at 2mbbs but the portal says I am on the business 9000 plan....when I checked at there office, they said its home 3300 and showed me there office documents and registration....what is wrong??

arghya555 , look in the service usage records and see what it shows on the left hand side , first column entry. It will show you what scheme you are on

Guys, am I dreaming or what. I have not been able to login to the website http://dataone.in for last few days to check usage.
Clicking on the link at the bottom of the page "Dataone Account Administration", leads you to another site and not the login page.

It takes you to http://bsnl.co.in/index.html

Looks like the work of some dumb ass government employee.

I have tried to access the page using the numerous direct IP address links mentioned here in the forums and elsewhere, none of them work. The one's I tried are

Anyone experiencing the same and have a clue to where can I find this mysterious website that will show me the usage ?

It happens (redirect to www.bsnl.co.in) when you try to access your a/c usage details from non BSNL broadband connection. Are you connected through BSNL broadband to check the a/c usage ???
