Well, I had started similar thread on getting the connection (can't check usage etc., I have literally exhausted all options), and I can confirm that as of today:No matter *WHAT* I do, I still cannot check usage. The BSNL people, local or 1800 etc cannot help. My IP is also 117.x.x.xFrankly, if I get a bill for overusage, I am going to consumer court. This has been very poor and unprofessional behavior on BSNL's part. Seems like there is no solution, the BSNL people even ridicule me and deny there is any problem telling me I must be doing something wrong and I am at mercy of these jokers.
